Additionally, the whore of Babylon, representing all abominations on earth, is depicted as holding a golden cup filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries. However, this city and its abominations will ultimately face destruction.

Any act or behavior that goes against God's perfect standard separates us from Him and is detestable in His sight. The Bible makes it clear that all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory.
